Who Is This Course Intended For?

This 2 day Workplace First Aid Course is intended for personnel who wish to maintain their certification to be first-aiders in their workplace. Topics covered in the Workplace First Aid Training Course include: responsibilities of a first-aider, patient approach and contacting the emergency. Personnel who wish to maintain the certification to be first-aiders in their workplace.

Accreditation

On successful completion of this course, participants will receive a Workplace First Aid Certificate which is valid for 2 years.

Assessment/Evaluation

An assessment takes place at the end of the second day. There is a practical and theory element to the assessment. Participants complete a multiple-choice examination paper and undertake skills assessments. In order to be successful, participants must achieve a mark of 80% or greater in each element of the assessment.
