Shipping & Returns Policies

SHIPPING

  • You may return any item bought from our website within 10 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale.
  • Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:
    – Goods that have been embroidered, badged or printed.
    – Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.
    – Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements.
  • We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.
  • It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them within 24hrs. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), we will pick up the goods via our courier company.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS

  • Delivery to Online customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland will be charged at €10.00 + VAT
  • For shipments outside the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland, please contact us for prices
  • Ex stock orders will be dispatched within 24 hours
  • Exchanges will be subject to a re-delivery charge of €10.00 + VAT
  • Goods for exchange or refund must be returned to Pat O Brien Safety Ltd, 9 Robinhood Road, Dublin 22.
  • All goods returned for exchange or refund must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition
