The Teqler survival blanket is a lightweight, temperature-resistant film designed to protect against the cold in an emergency. The survival blanket has a silver side and a gold side, so in addition to protection against the cold it can also be used as protection against heat. The patient is wrapped on the silver side to protect against the cold, and the blanket is wrapped loosely around the patient, with the silver side facing outwards to protect against the heat.
The rescue blanket is an integral part of every emergency kit and can be used, for example, in rescue operations by the fire brigade or emergency services.
